Who do you hire?

We select our workforce very meticulously so that they can uphold the values of our company. They are gone through an extensive and rigorous selection process where their eligibility is tested to maximum so that they are well fit to serve customers with any background. They are tained in a unique way and introduced to secret of customers' satisfaction.

How to book you for cleaning?

You are advised to directly call us or you can email us with details of the work.  Our expert team will contact you as early as possible.  You can also input details of your address and contact and description of what services you are looking for in this website.  We assure that your privacy is well protected in our hand.

How do you manage schedule of cleaning?

When client confirms booking, we usually put emphasize on scheduling the cleaning as per requirement of the client.  If timing matches, we feel good to book schedule at your convenience. If not, we are also comfortable to work in your absence. 

Can I reschedule cleaning?

Yes. We understand your need first and also realizes how tough it is to stay on schedule at the time sudden happenings.  So, we allow our customer to reschedule booking without any charge but we also advise customers to reschedule booking prior to 24 hours, if possible.

Can I cancel cleaning schedule?

We do not expect any cancellation of booking but we are flexible with our customers' decisions. In that case, we appreciate your early knock regarding cancellation so that we have enough time to re-organize our plan to appoint cleaners in other schedule.

Do you offer competitive charge?

We offer competitive price for cleaning.  Since we have been working in this field for a significant time, we do have a well understanding of the market and our prospective customers' choice. Hence, we always figure the price as minimum as possible.  Besides, we have kept prices not fixed, so that there remains scope for negotiation.

How to make payment?

We accept payment in credit card or cash. You may make payments by wire transfer too.

Do your cleaners take tips?

Tips are not included in our quoted price and we do not demand tips either. But if customers are happy to tip our cleaners, they are welcome.

What if anything is gone missing or damaged during cleaning?

Our people makes your place clean carefully.  They are trained to handle things cautiously so that clients don't incur any loss or there happens any damages of anything.  But accidently it might happen. If customer demands compensation, we will respect the claim through detailed negotiations.

Does your cleaning process possess any health risk?

Clients' safety is our top priority.  Moreover, we are very much aware of health issues of clients. So, we venture to use environment friendly products which do not create any health risk for clients.

Do you use non-toxic cleaning products?

We sure do. Our cleaning products are natural, non-toxic, safe and effective – yielding a healthier outcome for your staff, and ours – as well as the environment.

Do I have to remain present during?

It is up to you. But we appreciate your presence because your presence will us do the job perfectly.

Is there anything that you particularly do not clean?

Yes. We are sorry to say that we do not offer cloth and utensil washing.  We appreciate your understanding. 

Do you offer hourly cleaning service?

It depends on current condition of your place. You are advised to contact us so that we may arrange a visit to figure if it is possible to give hourly service or need a full contact.

What if I am not satisfied with cleaning?

In that case, you are advised to contact us immediately, mostly within 24/48 hours.  We shall review your claim and will re-arrange cleaning if needed.

Do you offer any weekly/monthly service?

Yes. We offer our valued clients weekly/Fortnightly/monthly services based on requirement.  To those with whom we are under contract of such timely cleaning, we offer special privileges for their trust on us.

Do you use your own cleaning products or I need to buy them?

We want our customers to relax after handling to duty to us. We assure you that you need not worry and we will organize everything. 

Do you offer relocation cleaning?

We offer cleaning services to places you are leaving or coming in.  But we do not offer any relocation services like moving furniture, managing baggage and the like.
